This year we will be using online donations and social media as our primary means of collecting donations. Information went home with your children with their codes for the online donation set up. You may also make a donation by sending it to St. Jude the Apostle School, 42 Dana Ave., Wynantskill, NY 12198. We are sending home with each family
(going home with the oldest child) a mailer for your use. If you need more please let us know.
Our goal this year is $13,000.00. If our goal is met, our principal, Danielle Cox, has agreed to allow every student who submits at least one donation to attempt to dunk her in a dunking booth!
Reminder/Service Commitment – We Need Your Help – Each family in grades K to 6 have to complete their 15 hour service commitment before the end of the school year or an additional $1,000.00 will be charged for each child attending our school. There are two more big fundraisers that are in need of help. Our Car Show/Transportation Fair (5/11) could use some extra hands and our Race for Education (5/14) could use some help as well. We also have three graduations (6/17) coming up that would love some help! Please attend our PCA meetings to learn more. Next meeting is May 13th at 6:30PM.
Hello from the PCA, hard to believe we are wrapping up to our last final events. Steve has come through with a stand point for our fundraising, every year our goal is $50,000 currently we are at around $38,000. This number is after totaling our Luck of The Irish Profit, our Chairperson Jody gave it her all and brought in the strongest profit we’ve ever seen from this event! This leaves us with our two upcoming events that we’re all working hard on, The Transportation Fair and Car Show, and our Annual Race for Education. Our Buy One Get One Free Scholastic Book Fair will be at the Transportation Fair this year so stock up on some summer reading. There are some really great new changes with this event and it is sure to be a fun day. Remember if you still need to hit your 15 hours of service, please consider volunteering an hour or two at The Transportation Fair, our sign up genius is looking a little light right now and many hands make light work. If you would like to help with Race for Education on May 14th, please reach out to Kasey our chairperson. There are still graduations coming up in June (6/17) as well that could always use a hand setting up with as well. I am including the sign up genius links below, if these don’t work for you please reach out and we’ll get you accounted for!
