As part of the 4th graders learning about geography, this week we made landforms out of dirt, sand, gravel and other materials. The students came up with their own designs for their models and chose the materials that they felt were best suited. It was fun seeing them put these together, and in couple weeks we will learn about erosion as we will be spraying their models with a simulated rainstorm. See some of the photos below!
