We’re excited to announce that three members of our student body won the U10 Fall Soccer Season at Brunswick Soccer Club.
The students were Camilla Desso (4th Grade), Nicholas Desso (3rd Grade) and Maura Dalmata (3rd Grade). All three students were teammates on the U10 Orange team which competed in the fall season of the Brunswick Soccer Club house league.
The Orange Team went 5-1-0 in the regular season, and were the #1 seed for the playoffs where they competed in the championship game. The game was played last Saturday in the pouring rain. Despite the rain and cold weather the Orange team prevailed and won the game 6 – 0 in a rain shorten match.
The Orange team was coached by two members of our Parent Community, coach John Desso and coach John Dalmata.
As you can see by the photos it was wet, it looks cold, and the kids are covered in mud from head-to-toe. We’re always proud when our students achieve success, whether in the classroom or on the field. Great job everyone!
