Monthly Character Education Theme: “Be kind”
Monday, 10/8-Columbus Day – No School
Wynantskill Fire Department – Will be visiting us on Tuesday, 10/9 around 9:45am for our annual Fire Prevention assembly.

Gardner-Dickinson’s 5th Annual Community Health, Wellness & Safety Festival – Thursday, 10/11 from 4:30-7:00pm. See, hear and learn from our local safety departments and more. For more information call 518-283-4600.
Grand Master D.Y. Pai’s Tae Kwon Do – Registration forms are due 10/12 with the $45.00 fee. Make checks payable to St. Jude the Apostle School. (100% goes to the school)
Knights of Columbus All You can Eat Breakfast – Sunday, 10/21 from 8-11am in Dammann Hall(school gym). They will be collecting clean gently used coats. Adults $8, children 12 and under $4 and kids 5 and under eat FREE!
Save Around – Start 10/3-End 11/2- Buy or sell the sample book that was sent home or return it unsold by 11/2. Make checks payable to St. Jude the Apostle School. Additional orders will be filled within 10 days of returning your order.
PCA Easy Fundraisers
- Five Below-Shop at Five Below located in the Shop Rite Plaza off of Rt. 4 on 11/22, 11/23 or 11/24 and our school will receive a percentage of the sales. Let them know you are from St. Jude School!
- Box Tops – Keep them coming!
- Colonie Center School Bucks – Submit your receipts from Colonie Center to the Guest Services located on the lower level near Five Guys. Every dollar spent equal’s one school buck for St. Jude School! Take a trip this Saturday, 10/6 to make a simple balloon animal with Jenny the Balloon Gal located outside of H & M at 11am. We will earn 250 points for every person that attends!
